Most fabrication delays are not caused by machining time. They are caused by handover — a file waiting on a designer, a cut part waiting on a printer across town, a finished panel waiting on somebody else’s assembly bench.

We removed the handovers. Design, programming, cutting, printing and assembly all happen on the same floor, run by people who can walk five metres and ask each other a question. That is the whole trick behind the turnaround.

The Processes We Run


CNC Routing

Computer numerical controlled routing across a bed large enough for full sheets, cutting profiles, pockets, rebates and engraved detail in a single setup.

CAD — Computer Aided Design

Parts drawn to scale before anything is cut, whether you supply a finished file, a rough sketch, a photograph or a broken component to copy.

CAM — Toolpath Programming

The drawing becomes machine instructions: cutter choice, feed and speed, tabbing, lead-ins and nesting so the sheet yields as many parts as it can.

Laser Cutting

A narrow kerf and a square edge, with detail fine enough for lettering, perforation patterns and tight internal radii in stainless sheet.

Plasma Cutting

The economical way through thicker plate. Mild steel, aluminium and heavier sections cut quickly and cleanly enough for structural and industrial work.

Printing — Direct and Vinyl

Full colour artwork applied straight to the finished component, or produced as print and cut vinyl where an applied graphic genuinely suits the job better.
