What we do

Fabrication Services, Start to Finish

Six processes live under the one roof in Melbourne’s west. That is why a job can go from drawing to cut part to printed and assembled without ever queuing behind somebody else’s subcontractor.

01

Acrylic and Plastic Sheet Cut to Size

Acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, HDPE and engineering plastics cut to your dimensions, then drilled, folded, flame or diamond polished depending on the finish you need. We handle single replacement panels as readily as a repeat run of machine guards.

Tell us how the part will live — outdoors, near heat, under impact, in food service — and we will steer you to the substrate that survives it rather than the one that is simply cheapest on the shelf.

CAD/CAM Drawing and Machine Programming

A professional graphic designer and a machine programmer sit on our side of the job, and both come at no charge. Arrive with a finished DXF and we will run it. Arrive with a photograph, a hand sketch or a broken part and we will draw it up for you.

Every drawing is checked against the material and the cutter before it reaches a machine, which is where most of the expensive surprises get caught.

Direct Printing Onto the Product

Artwork goes straight onto the finished component — full colour, edge to edge, no laminate lifting at the corners twelve months later. Where an applied graphic genuinely suits the job better, we produce print and cut vinyl instead.

This is what turns a plain routed panel into a point of sale display, a branded machine guard or a printed fireplace surround.

Stainless Steel Laser Cutting

Laser profiling gives a narrow kerf, a square edge and detail small enough for lettering, perforation patterns and tight internal radii. It is the process we reach for when the cut edge is going to be seen, or when the part has to drop straight into an assembly without dressing.

Common work includes bracketry, catering components, vent panels and decorative screens.

Plasma Cutting for a Range of Metals

Where the plate gets thick and the budget matters more than a mirror edge, plasma is the sensible answer. Mild steel, aluminium and heavier sections cut quickly and cleanly enough for structural work, materials handling parts and one-off repairs.

We will tell you honestly when a job belongs on the plasma table and when it belongs on the laser — the two are not interchangeable.

CNC Router Service

Our router handles timber, MDF, composite panel, plastics and non-ferrous metal on a bed large enough for full sheets. Pockets, rebates, engraving and profile cuts all come off the same setup, and the hundredth part matches the first.

It is the workhorse behind most of the display, signage and enclosure work that leaves the floor each week.

A drawing, a sketch, a photo or a sample. Quantities and the material if you know it.

Quote and Date

We come back with a price and a realistic finish date, plus any material advice worth having.

Drawn and Programmed

Our designer and programmer prepare the file and nest it for the best yield. No charge.

Cut, Printed, Assembled

Machined in house, finished, packed and either collected by appointment or shipped to you.

Not Sure Which Process Your Part Needs?

Send the drawing through and we will tell you which machine suits it, what it will cost and when it will be finished.
